Diese Schloss habe ich bestellt vor dem meine Reise in meinem Heimat. Habe mich gefreut aber der Schloss konnte nicht angebaut werden. In meinen Land sind andere Torrens Art. Ich dachte es wird möglich.Aber nur für einen Schloss konnte ich nicht in 14 Tage hier sein, und aus meinen Land konnte ich den Schloss nicht zurück schicken. Der Verkäufer wurde unfreundlich, hat meine Ausnamesituation nicht akzeptiert und hat kaum auf meinen Fragen beantwortet. Zu meinen Trik hat er schnell reagiert . Noch mal wurde mir bestätigt, das die Kapitalisten für Geld vergessen über die Menschlichkeit. Ganz schlechte Erfarung mit gierige Menschen. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!! Ich bedauere sehr, sehr das ich Geschäfte mit so Menschen gemacht habe !!!!

This product is perfect! I made a gate for a customer and this product is easy to install and sturdy.

After 14 months, one set of handles was losing paint and another set was faded. I expected the company would just send me replacements given they only cost $25 a pair. I provided pictures and proof of purchase yet the company treated me like I was trying to cheat them. I was demeaned and insulted. Look for a better solution. This product and this company is not to be trusted.

I already have this lock on my gate but handle was broken and ordered this as replacement. Good thing we had the original lock to pull parts from... the ordered one had parts missing. Not happy about that. Needed to secure property otherwise would have sent back.
