Your friends and family will get a kick out of the funny “glub glub” sound as the liquid is poured from the mouth of the fish. This effect happens with or without ice. The actual "gurgle" sound happens after you begin to pour and then tilt the Gurgle Pot back and upward. Make sure it has liquid left in it to work. To get an idea of how it works, fill it a little more than half full, about up to the gill. Then pour, but just before liquid begins to pour out bring the pot back upright. Now you can experience the whimsical glub glub sound.
