This large capacity but lightweight duffle bag is great for the gym, pool, yoga class, or soccer practice. It has a velcro divider inside that is easily flattened when you don’t need two compartments. The waterproof shoe compartment can also be used for sweaty clothes or a wet swimsuit or towel. The shoulder strap is detachable, and the handstrap is sewn in. There is a large mesh pocket on the side of the bag and a large zippered pocket on the front, both very useful for carrying a water bottle, keys, cell phone, or whatever else you need to be separated from the interior contents. The best things I like? The large capacity, the lightweight but strong materials of which the bag is made, and the practicality of the design. This is a very good bag for the money!

ample amount of storage! i use shoe compartment to hold shower gear
