I love large containers for our pantry to fit flour, rice, noodles, etc. I picked these particular jars because they are gorgeous looking.These large containers hold 60 ounces, which is a ton of material. Yet they still fit beautifully into our pantry. The wood, with rubber seal, work really well together. They are very durable, and the glass is thick, but not too thick. They look super beautiful.The price is fantastic, they are easy to use for just about anything, and they open easily.

Gorgeous. I got the 60 oz square and I love it. The glass is thick and feels durable and has a decently wide mouth. The seal feels fine, like any container with the rubber lip. Which is removable in this case, no glue holding it there, which I am personally fine with. No horrible smell when I first opened it, it just smelled like cardboard so I washed it first before using it and it was easy to get a sponge wand in there to clean and then rinse it. It feels thick enough that it should be bottom rack dishwasher safe, though you may have to change the setting to get it really clean.I am using it to store a 10 oz bag of Vital Freeze Dried Chicken dog treats since I use it as a topper for my cats food and I dislike ugly bags lying about everywhere. Lol. It fit the bag perfectly all the way to the top.I was able to hold it with one hand, but I’m 5’9” with proportionate fingers. However, it is textured enough that as long as you don’t have sweaty palms you may be fine even if you can’t wrap around the edges like I do.I do recommend getting something long handled to scope out whatever you want to put in it. Maybe a coffee bean spoon or a ladle?

These jars are exactly what I was looking for! I believe they would hold a 5lb bag of sugar & I bought a set of 2 for $25.xx and they’re definitely worth itQuality & design is so lovely… & they would make an excellent gift (especially considering how nicely they were wrapped!!! Highly recommended

Very pretty container that holds anything that needs to be kept dry. I use it for coffee singles and it works perfectly.

I've been replacing my pop-top plastic food storage containers with glass these days. My husband can get his hands inside this jar to get to his candy, so the opening is perfect unless one has larger than normal hands.The size and shoulder area around the lid as well as the texture from the design makes it easier to pick up and hold onto than a smooth jar would be and doesn't leave constant, obvious fingerprints from doing so. A secure handle on the side would be even better, especially for those with hand issues. The texture is smooth; not at all sharp.The lid makes a nice seal to keep things fresh and insects out, but a knob to grasp while lifting it would have been helpful, so only 4 stars. The lid is 3/4" thick, so we added our own knob from some leftover knobs we had in the basement and it looks great and makes taking the lid off so much easier for our old hands.The pretty pressed design makes the surface have nooks and crannies to clean both inside and out. The glass is substantial, so it should make it through a dishwasher repeatedly ok. Time will tell. All-in-all, I think this was a good choice for food storage, especially for candy, coffee beans, dried beans, etc. I don't think it would work as well for powders like hot chocolate mixes or baking soda with those interior nooks and crannies, though.

The design on these are so cute. I got this to put bath salts in and it'll definitely hold a good amount! The lid stays on tight but is easy to open and the glass is thick and nice quality. I think whatever you use this for will keep your items staying fresh.
