This is feedback for the seller in hopes of receiving a response. While we were on a walk, the front right wheel came off, and we’re unable to reattach it. It seems that the bearing and the internal component that secures the wheel have failed. We purchased this cart new at the end of November 2024, and now we can’t use it…

Running a home daycare this is a MUST have! i absolutely love the wagon, its great and fits 4 children comfortably. i love the sunshades completely keep the children covered if needed. the wagon moves very smoothly and takes curbs or bumps really well. Mine did not arrive with the wagon style handle as the add had suggested, when i contacted customer service; both amazon and the seller were so helpful and got the arm out to me very quickly! ( Handy for pulling vs Pushing)Highly recommend this product! you will not regret the purchase!

This wagon has not disappointed. This was definitely the most expensive, new purchase of baby equipment I’ve made but do not regret. It easily fits my 5, 2 and 1 year old comfortably. I (and my children) prefer this to my Evenflo double stroller. It’s also great on uneven sidewalks/grass. Easily goes over the sidewalk in an uneven place my radio flyer wagon’s wheel bent. It is heavy to load into my minivan and doesn’t fold up very small but it’s doable. Lots of storage bags and the included rain cover is great. Another thing I love about this is the bottom zips up so it’s flat and the kids can lay down. I did have a problem with one of the clips breaking off the canopy but reached out to customer service for a replacement. Their response was almost immediate and had a replacement sent out within an hour of initially contacting them. Overall great wagon and customer service!

This this is a beast. It’s like a an Escalade. The benches are spacious. There’s so much room for storage and things. My kids are quite comfortable. I got the quad for a 4 and 5 yo as our walk to school is long and I know they get tired. I can fit them and their lunch and comfortable toys inside. They love the consul across the middle for their ‘boat snacks’.The wagon itself weighs a lot. It’s find to manoeuvre down the side walks and outside but doorways are so hard. It takes up the entire elevator at my apartment and people stare at me like I’m crazy. It folds down quite small for its overall size. But it’s so heavy it’s hard to pick up. Overall I am really happy with my purchase so far. It’s forced me to get rid of some stuff in my entry way to make room for it. If it was smaller I think it would be less functional for my needs.I don’t drive, I walk everywhere so for my needs I think this is fantastic. It’s a better price point than the wonderfold and comes with more accessories.If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. My only issue is the width and weight. But I do realize sacrificing that would sacrifice some of its overall usefulness.

This wagon is everything I ever wanted in a wagon. I had been looking for months until I found this gem! I love that it has the five point harness, folds up fairly small for a wagon, you have an area for the kids feet to dangle from making it feel like a stroller or you can put that foot well up to make the wagon a comfy napping area. Pushes so smoothly and easily and tons of storage for all your baby and toddler needs. I can finally take my two toddlers 4, 3 and baby of 9 months out by myself. This thing issss exactly what I was looking for…..I have a 5yr old, 3 yr old and a newborn.I brought this for the days when I’m out and the kids get tired and don’t want to walk anymore and it exceeded my expectations.It’s comfortable for my girls to sit on one side while I have my newborn on the other side in his car seat. (Not sure how the car seat will look with the adapter for car seat because it’s not in stock yet). It is smooth and takes curbs, gravel, wood chips, grass and bumpy side walks like a beast. Very easy to push and a head turner!!!! I love how it’s compact yet big enough to fit the bigger kids when they get tired. My ONLY complaint is the parent console thing sucks it doesn’t stay attached so I wouldn’t bother taking that out with me. Great to have if you have multiple kids

I’m cheep and this was my big splurge and it was absolutely worth it. Push trolly rather than pull trolly is key. There are sooo many pockets! And the turn radius is above and beyond. I have two girls, 6 and 3, and I feel like I’ll still use it for another 4+ years.

I’ve been wanting a wagon now with 3 kids, 2 of those being 8 month old twins. They fit perfect in there with their sister who is going to be 4. Wagon rides so smoothly. Feels very luxurious. Fits into my SUV no problem. It is a little heavy but you can tell it’s good quality and not cheaply made.
