Price is right. Can pass down to nest generation. I dry them in oven. Put on rack upside down cold oven. Turn on 350°F when preheated buzz goes off. Turn oven off and keep doors shut until oven is cooled.

I found these pans to be perfect for lasagna, which I make all the time to give to other people. The large pan because of how deep it is is perfect for a large family, the small pan is perfect for three or four people with large servings. I make sure I use spatulas that are not metal because I don’t want the pans to get scratched. So I use, bamboo or nonstick spatulas with these pans. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been getting away from aluminum and these are great. Easy cleanup too. The size is also perfect for the propane smoker that we have. I bought four of these pans and the smoker has four shelves.Winner, winner. I’ve used them to roast in the oven as well. Very well made and I love the rolled edge. No warping.

I love the deep pan...It makes amazing cake and casseroles! Very pleased with purchase. Perfect unique size. I usually make my cake in a 9x13 pan and I used this pan instead and boy what a difference. The cake was so much better! It felt more hearty, moist, and it had a better texture. The only difference was using this pan.

I love that these pans are a bit higher than most (I bought the 2 pan set). I always run out of space when layering my lasagna and end up with a spill over during baking. These pans are high enough that that doesn’t happen. The bonus is that they clean up beautifully. They are almost like a nonstick pan even though they are not. I have left a caked on lasagna pan for a few days and it still cleans easily just by soaking it for a few minutes. We have also baked a large ham in it, so they will likely become our new “go to” baking dishes. I have already cleared out several other baking dishes that I will no longer need. Wish I had these years ago. Would definitely recommend and would buy again myself.

Used for lasagna. These are deeper than the “normal” 9x13 pyrex dishes usually used for casseroles. I wanted something that was stainless steel. These cleaned up easily and look like they will stand up to heavy use.
