I have looked everywhere for a coffee that allows me at home to brew espresso that tastes like Italy without buying a machine (I use an Aeropress with a Fellow attachment with valve that makes a good crema). This is it! Tastes rich and deeep without being unpleasantly acidic, burned or weak. Just right. Will be buying more!

Coffee is bold and dark roast like the package described. It’s not acidic and totally drinkable at the right price.

I use this in my espresso maker it is nicely ground but does have a bit of a robust taste not bad for the price definitely gives you a nice dark roast would buy again

We typically get a finer ground coffee than this, to use in our AeroPress. So excited that this worked just fine and the result was an excellent cup of coffee! The taste is robust, deep, dare I say cocoa-y? With no bitterness or aftertaste. Wow, glad my friend suggested we try Lavazza Insenso, because it's now our go-to coffee!

I have to be honest. I bought this because it was Italian espresso roast and on a great sale. The sad truth is that it is relatively tasteless and what taste it does have is so bad I can only drink it with lots of flavorings added. So it’s good as a caffeine delivery system, nothing more. Sad.

I'm hoping the bent up solid lump received (please see photo) is a sign of it still being under vacuum? If I'd seen it like this in a shop or on a website I'd have avoided it - I will review this review as soon as I've had a cup.Just bought second pack - it isn't cheap and it's worth every penny.
