I love this! I have had issues in the past with mattresses falling in between the metal slats of the newer foundation units. This totally blocked that. It's sturdy and well made. It covers those gaps to keep the mattress level. Definitely glad I got this. It is a good value, and makes the bed even more comfortable and easy to sleep in. No smell, and no need to wait for it to expand.

I wanted to try this support board to see if it would help with comfort for our sofa sleeper and it has definitely made a difference. It fit well and it provides a more stable and even surface under the mattress. It makes it feel more like a real bed. It's sturdy and doesn't move around. I appreciate that it folds up easily and can be stored inside the couch. Overall, it's a simple and effective fix that improves comfort of a pull out sleeper.

Initial review. Using it in a futon and was very easy to install. Folded out nicely. Has firmed it up considerably. This is what I sleep on every night. The back and shoulder pain have forced me into finding a solution and I pray that this works. I live out of an extremely small studio apartment otherwise I would probably get a real bed. The product has a nice durable fabric coating around each plank. It is definitely as it is described. At this point really the only issue that I have is that I feel it is overpriced for what you are actually getting. If it wasn't for the loss of sleep and the shoulder pain I wouldn't have made this purchase. I would have just dealt with a crappy futon mattress. Would have gotten five star if it had been a little more reasonably priced

Has helped with the firmness of my mattress! I used to have the best firm memory foam full size mattress, but my partner wanted a queen since she is a tall lady and she didn’t want her toes hanging off the bed anymore, so I jumped on a deal of a friend giving away their almost new (insert Northern European furniture store name here) brand mattress. I was full of regret that night as I slept half sinking into the bed, praying that there was a way that I could make this new mattress more firm on my bed frame without the best support. Then this product came along! It is so simple, yet so effective. I didn’t have to think about all of the plywood I would have to transport from the lumber yard using my minivan, and then cut to size and use like a bad box spring, this product did all the work for me, and even comes in a nice cloth cover for the plywood pieces. It was easy enough to put under the mattress. I put it under where my shoulders and hips rest, the most important spots for support, and felt the difference immediately. You need to know that this is not the right size to fully cover a queen sized bed frame, it is only a good supplement to an existing frame. It is a decent value for money, and the support it added was exactly what I needed to get a good night’s rest. Now my girlfriend can have warm toes and I can have a functioning back! Yay!

This item is kind of cool to help with some additional support for those hid-a-bed sofa sleeper couches or even for others that might need additional support. It fit as I expected and I was able to fold it back up into the sofa sleeper so that was convenient. It helped to not feel the bar as much, in the middle of my back so it does help but doesn't eliminate it. I did not try to rotate it to see if it would help going opposite direction so maybe next time. Overall pretty good and the product feels like it is well made and should last for the minimal amount of times I use the sofa sleeper.

These serve their purpose for what they're meant for. I use this on a sofa that folds back into a bed, not a pullout bed. For this reason they don't work as good, but there is lots of improvement over not using one. Without this I would sink too far into one side of the couch making me miserable. I still have this problem because it's a unit with three individual boards in it, so whichever board i'm laying on sinks in, but not as much as before. For a pullout bed, this wouldn't be a problem at all, and would make for a nice sturdy bed. I dreally appreciate the material that covers these planks. it's not too rough, and it keeps everything from sliding around too much.

Product nothing like they promoted, it’s a little dirty in the back, the board is very thin…
