This thing is great IN CONCEPT…. But the strap that holds it onto the lawnmower broke off during the VERY FIRST USE. Now it’s good for nothing! I ordered it over the summer to get ready to bag leaves in the fall, so the return window is closed. I hope Amazon will make an exception here and give me a refund!

The side vent work well, however the cord locks do not hold the mouth of the bag closed when the bag starts to fill. The strap on the bag slips on the bag material doesn't hold the bag on my grass catcher. I tried several methods to secure the bag with the strap and none worked. No instructions were given on how to secure the bag with the strap.
