I use this light with a Lazer Tonic KinetiCore helmet as an extra safety precaution. The attachments could inspire more confidence and the light is not easy to turn, you need to put some pressure on it. This, I keep only in the bag in case I need the extra light (e.g if it starts raining) or ride with it before dawn. I tried using it during my commute, but too handle of the roll top bag that I use gets entangled with the light.

Nice helmet, nice light. However, the attachment is very poor.Lost the light on the first ride.Surely there must be a better system.Until revisions are made, I'd say save your money!

The Universal LED light works great if you have a compatible Lazer helmet. I've got a Tonic Kineticore, where the light snaps right onto the back of the part that holds the adjustment dial. It's super lightweight, stays securely in place without rattling or wobbling, and is pretty bright. Those are the positives. One of the two major issues with this product is that it doesn't remember the last beam pattern, so every time I turn it on, I have to press the button twice more to get to the pattern I use. It is super annoying as you have to do it every single time you use the light. The other issue is the use of a proprietary charging mechanism. It means I can't just charge the light where USB is available, and more crucially, what if the proprietary cable needs to be replaced? I bit the bullet and bought it because of its benefits, but I really wish Lazer had the insight to use USB-C, or at least USB.

Very dissatisfied with the attachment. Was loose fitting and wouldn't work at all with the universal mount without falling off. Fell off on the road from my tonic helmet (which I like a lot, very comfortable and light). Now a small piece has broken off and I will have to glue it in place to use it. No instructions came with the light, I had to google to find out how it works. I wrote an email to the company and never even recieved a confirmation much less a reply. Expensive and very junky, surprising that it comes from Lazer. No, I would not recommend!

Works well but best if you tape it somehow to the Laser helmet because it twists out too easily.

Like: •CUSTOM Fits securely in my Lazer Kineticore helmet—without weight and hassle of extra attachment devices (which it also comes with—for attachment elsewhere.) NOTE: The lights NAME should be CHANGED due to bad reviews about the OLD Design not attaching well to Kineticore helmets.•In Blink-mode, *Motion sensor* accelerates blinking at braking or jarring, and puts light to “sleep” at a standstill, saving battery.•Battery runtime is amazingly long (potentially 49 hours!!!)DISLike: •PROPRIETARY CHARGING CONNECTION & WIRE SHOULD BE USB-C.•SIDE VISIBILITY IS POOR, especially in Kineticore helmet attachment (horizontal mode.)•Control button blocks some of the light—and should be on the top or bottom, not rear.
