Quality is great and it has 2 grub screws for better grip. Packaging is in a plastic resealable bag.Someone decided it was a great idea to punch 2 holes with a punch into the plastic bag. Since the grub screws come loose from the pulley, watch out for grub screws escaping from these holes.
