I loved this the actual thing you stick in your nose is great I was at a 14g buying this I put in the 12g and it felt almost the same if not smaller so that might be an issue but from the 12g without any lube or oil I got to 8g its a bit difficult but possible I love it though so I would reccomend don't skip sizes like I did though

Everything so far has been smooth but I seriously could have damaged my septum by almost skipping the 10G stretch. Putting it in was extremely painful and I just knew that size up would be almost impossible naturally. Now I have to buy a separate taper. Anyways be careful always read the description before buying anything.
