I love this Le Creuset tart pan. It is a stunning color and looks great on any lunch or dinner table. You can use it to make tarts and quiches. Thus far I have used it for quiches, and each time they were baked to perfection. The ceramic retains heat better than metal tart pans, and it also cooks your food quickly and evenly. Tip: you don’t need to place the pan on a baking sheet. Just put it directly on an oven rack. I’ve found that placing the pan in the bottom third of the oven yields the best results. Bottom line: in my opinion this is the best tart pan on the market. You can’t go wrong with Le Creuset!

I've heard great things about the Le Creuset stoneware dishes, so decided to give them a try. I love how this dish evenly bakes. No complaints here with the product. Tart dish surprisingly arrived in tact and unbroken. I was delighted and would highly recommend!

Purchased this brand because of their reputation for indestructible cookware. Would love to build up a matching set as the colours are so vibrant. Naively assumed (didn’t read full blurb) that this dish would be cast iron with a coating, as that’s what I’ve seen from other items in the range. On arrival realised its stone wear, which is fine, I just hope it’s more robust than my cheaper cookware, but won’t know for some time to come.

What a beautiful dish! I just received and opened it and I can not wait to use it. It says that it is a flan dish on it, but I can already think of several other things to make in it. I specifically bought it because I needed a heavy tart pan to make some Thanksgiving pies. It also matches all of my other Le Creuset pieces in my arsenal. Extremely well made and beautiful.

Could not love Le Creuset stoneware more. I use this dish at least once a week for a quick veggie tart or cake. Seriously considering getting a second one so we can have a tart and cake on the same night. Cooks evenly, doesn't get scratched, washes easily, and looks beautiful on the table.

As alway Le Creuset is fine stoneware. Heavy, browns evenly. Durable if treated well Le Creuset will last for generations. This piece will go directly from the oven to your table making an attractive serving piece for your beautiful tart or omelet.

Avevo ereditato una pentola Le Creuset da mia nonna ed è tuttora meravigliosa. Ho comperato questo stampo e lo utilizzo per cuocere il pane due volte la settimana. Fate il conto voi, non è passato nemmeno un anno e si è spezzato in due. Tiurandolo fuori dal forno l'ho sempre appoggiato su un asse di legno per non fare dei balzi di temperatura violenti ma non è servito. Le Creuset quindi non è più quello di una volta. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto.

Although I prefer Emile Henry, I do have some Le Creuset and am happy with their products. This dish is exceptional, and it makes beautiful tarts and quiches. Love that they come in an array of colors, and that the stoneware is lead-free and safe to use.
