The inside of this cooler has excess material and is bunchy. It kept the waters and sodas cool for a little bit. Seemed to be leak proof as long as it stayed upright. Not as good as a previous cooler I had purchased, that cooler is no longer available, which is why I gave this a shot. Wouldn't recommend filling prior to going into the saddle bag. Pricy for what it is but in desperation it will work.
