This hammer handle is a long bolt that runs to the head of the hammer. A round disc screws into the bolt. Upon impact, the threads release the disc and the hammer falls apart completely. I might be able to get 2 swings in before it falls apart making for a potentially dangerous situation.

Low quality material strength on hammer head. Good value for price however. Don’t hit anything with any higher level of hardness and high points. Do not hit nails or any fastener not made for compressing.
