Perfect for opening sprue cutter on my moulds. The only thing I did to them was had some clear polyurethane to make them stronger and harder. Great product 😊👍

Nice tool does its job well if you buy one however finish it with a urethane such as wood floor finish. Adds toughness and keep the wood from getting all stained and dinged up right away.

Need a mallet to open the bullet mold after casting. Does a good job light right easy to use.

I use this in a portable shotshell reloading kit as a mallet, but it works just as well for it's intended purpose. It's softer wood than my old one so I intend to wrap it in rawhide. Otherwise it's a decent buy and almost perfect for what I'm using it for.
