Works perfectly on my '05 Shadow Spirit VT1100C! I had trouble getting the mirrors to loosen and scarred up the chrome plating on the mirror stems, but that has no impact on this part... Just means I'll probably be buying new mirrors soon.

The reason for the four star is because it’s a very nice product but it’s missing a set screw for the clutch sensor I mean come on how do you leave that out?

Seems pretty solid except that piece I took a picture of.. just snugged it up and crack it went. Otherwise the perch itself is pretty good I just put it on so let’s see how it holds up
