We haven't been able to use it yet because the strap arrived in a bag with nothing else. No instructions at all???? It's not easy to understand how to set it up.

The product itself is great. The quality is good and exactly as described. It helps me stretch my back and reduce pain.The product came without one hook. Most likely, it got missed during delivery as the package was damaged. I contacted the seller about this. I did not want to return it because the product itself is of good quality. The response was very quick, the communication was very nice and in the same week I got a new swing.I recommend both the product and the seller.
