I picked up this webcam for my clients desktop setup (over 20 units), and it’s a great basic option. It’s super easy to plug and play—no complicated setup needed. The privacy shutter is a standout feature; honestly, it should be standard on all webcams these days. Audio pickup is decent, though I still recommend using headphones for better sound quality. It mounts securely on top of the monitor and stays put unless adjusting the shutter, which can nudge it a bit. For the price, it’s a cost-effective choice if you just need something simple and reliable.

My gaming setup is on a budget, so I didn't have much money to spare for a camera. This camera is surprisingly has extremely nice quality. It was easy to set up: just plug in and it turns on! The camera catches very little details, and it even looks clear for the background even if it focuses on you.

ch habe mir die Lenovo Essential FHD Webcam gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit.Die Bildqualität ist ausgezeichnet. Die Webcam liefert klare und scharfe Full-HD-Aufnahmen, die ideal für Videokonferenzen und Streaming sind. Auch bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen bleibt die Bildqualität gut, was ich sehr schätze.Die Installation war unkompliziert. Die Webcam wurde sofort von meinem Computer erkannt und war in wenigen Minuten einsatzbereit. Der USB-Anschluss macht es sehr einfach, die Webcam anzuschließen und zu verwenden.

Super easy to use, love the built in camera cover. Only thing that I wasn't super enthused with, was the way it sits on the monitor, not super secure and makes adjusting it a tiny bit of a pain. Other than that, great quality.

When Logitech failed to come out with a Win 11 driver for my high-end Logitech Webcam Pro I felt abandoned by them. Luckily at the same time I was still fuming over them basically abandoning their customers, I own multiple Logitech wired and wireless trackball products for many years, I received an email from Tom's Hardware recommending this Lenovo unit. At 66% less than anything around it with _equivalent_ specs and quality, I jumped on it here on Amazon and I am TOTALLY PLEASED.A bonus is that is also have a sliding panel on the face of it that covers the camera lens. The sound, video quality, and software are all first class. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I was initially happy with the Lenovo FHD webcam—its video quality was very good while it worked. Unfortunately, it only lasted 2-3 months before it stopped functioning entirely. While the indicator light still turns on, there is no video output at all. I tested the webcam on multiple computers, but the issue persisted across all of them.I attempted to RMA the product through Lenovo's website, but the process was so convoluted and frustrating that I ultimately gave up on trying to get a replacement. Given the webcam’s short lifespan and Lenovo’s lack of effective support, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It's a shame because the quality was promising at first, but reliability and after-sales service both fell far short.

Price was good, quality not super, but that makes sense. Picture is very high contrast, not great color accuracyDoesn’t attach securely to desktop, sort of just rests on top so if you bump it, it’ll move. But again, it’s cheap so if you’re needed something to get the job done for meetings and don’t want to spend a lot this works fine

It is best in the price range.Pros :1. Very nice quality and worked better than expected in both well lighted and less lighted areas.2. Your image won't be blurry.3. Mic quality is very good.Cons :1. The cover for camera allows some light to pass through the edges which will be noticeable in video.2. Covers too much background area , this webcam camera works like wide angle camera.3. I said it has vey good mic but it's one drawback is that it will catch noise of someone talking in other room or a thing falling outside the room.I will suggest you to buy this webcam as it's quality better than logitech c270 webcam and others in this range .
