La laptop por lo que vale da buenas prestaciones por el precio que ofrece, las características del producto se adecuaron a mis necesidades, este producto lo recomiendo. Llevo 1 año con la laptop y hasta ahora no me ha dado ningún problema.

I'm a techie, professionally and hobby wise, and I've had so many flavors of laptops and desktops. This right here though, is one awesome piece of equipment. Specs are very nice. I dual boot between Fedora and Windows 11, I run applications for different projects at the same time and there is no freezing or memory clogs. Even when practicing pen testing, the Ryzen has more threads than the Intels I'm used to using, so it works on more processes, much faster than it's Intel equivalent (Ryzen 5 vs i5, etc) Pretty lightweight, light up keyboard is perfect. I could go on and on. Well worth the purchase.

De manera general bien con este equipo, desempeño, tamaño, portabilidad, etc. La compre para probar este procesador y estoy satisfecho para su uso como un equipo de emergencia. La uso para revisar correos y documentos del trabajo en mis viajes. El unico detalle es que el teclado viene en ingles, y tengo que usar un teclado USB para trabajar con el equipo.

I got this for a lighter weight machine for traveling and classwork. I ran it once with the installed Windows 10, which immediately "upgraded" (ahem) to Windows 11. But I was able to install Linux PopOS very quickly, and it works great with this machine! The touch screen, touch pen, etc., all work without a hitch. That made it possible to get rid of the pre-installed spyware, bloated apps, and security risks with an open source secure Linux that does everything Windows does plus a lot more. It *is* possible to setup a dual-boot (Linux plus Windows), but that requires some knowledge of the Windows registry and UEFI boot. At first I thought it might be useful to keep Windows in case I ran into problems but that turned out to be unnecessary so i just took over the entire (and fast) SSD for Linux.

The wifi card in the one I bought seems to be faulty but a usb wifi dongle seemed to fix that issue. I bought this for drawing ( the touch screen and included pen are awesome for this, as is the fact you can fold the laptop completly open to use as a tablet pc. You will just need a good drawing program) and some minor gaming (m)Mostly for Mechwarrior 5. Runs great on medium settings) and it excels at both, granted your not gonna be playing anything really taxing on it, but itll run most current gen games on the low to mid end. Does not run cyberpunk however... Gotta knock a star off because of the wifi issue though, and the fact it has windows 11.

Esta laptop la recomiendo mucho si eres universitario o eres un trabajador el cual no ocupa de programas que exigen demasiado.Es muy rapida la verdad abre todos los programas con facilidad y rapidez en ningun momento se traba, de igual manera yo la uso para la universidad uso programas de microsoft office solamente, sin embargo tambien la uso para algunos juegos y me corren bien (league of legends a 100 fps estables, valorant a 60 fps estables), no se suele calentar demasiado aun que este jugando aun asi recomiendo colocarla en una base para que tenga mejor flujo de aire, el touch de la pantalla funciona perfectamente y si sueles ser una persona que lee o le gusta mirar videos acostado, esta laptop va bien para eso, ya que al poder doblarce como si fuera tablet es como para esas actividades.llevo 1 mes con este producto y la verdad me gusto mucho, si buscas una buena laptop por 12k esta es una muy buena opcion.conforme pase el tiempo seguire actualizando para ver que tal rinde con el tiempo.

Tengo 3 semanas trabajando con esta lap. Me llegó con 512 GB en SSD, RYZEN 5 Y 16 GB de RAM. Si me incluyó el Stylus. Trabaja bien, no tiene tanto software invasivo de la marca. En general estoy contento con mi compra, arranca al instante con la huella digital, la batería me ha durado entre 5 y 6 horas, fluye rápido con win 11. No se ha trabado nunca y la pantalla touch cumple a secas. Te incluye 3 meses de xboxgamepass. Por el precio, rendimiento y practicidad, creo que es buena opción si buscas una compu que te dure unos 4 o 5 años, antes de que la obsolecencia programada se la cargue, como a mi lap anterior. Corre los juegos bien, al nivel de una consola de generan anterior. El teclado es retroiliminado, muy cómodo. El touchpad es muy responsivo. Casi no se calienta. Luce y se siente bien construida, como si se tratase de un equipo mucho más costoso. Cómo tablet no es la mejor, pues es pesada, pero cumple bien. La nitidez de la pantalla es muy buena, quizá le falta un poco de brillo. Si la ves en menos de $12k, no lo dudes.

Computer shuts down and is difficult to force restart. One of the USB hubs does not work. Service has been the WORST. They told me to take it to Geek Squad, but after making an appointment, going there and waiting in line, Geek Squad said they won't service it since I did not buy it at Best Buy. I then called Lenovo back and they said, "take it to Geek Squad." I asked for a supervisor and eventually he said he'd send a technician to my house. I waited all day on the appointed day and got a call from the supervisor saying it would happen the next day. Took off the morning of the next day and no show. Account showed "waiting for parts." Called and spent another half hour talking to Lenovo "support" and was told the technicians need to receive the right parts before they do the call so the technician is "waiting for parts" and will call to schedule. So why was I told there was a scheduled appointment already? The other option is to send my computer away for at least 10 days with no replacement offered. I am seeing why, although more expensive, Apple is worth it as they have service that is actually accesible. Beware - if your machine has problems, it's not easily fixed.

Y en menos de un año.Se le daño todo el sistema.Ni siquiera con las "posibles soluciones de Lenovo" funciono.Y Lenovo no da garantía por ser importacion.Dinero completamente hechado a la basura.Solo ocupaba Word. Y fue cuando deja de funcionar.Sin mencionar que siempre se forzaban los ventiladores.No se conecta el WiFi y aunque marca actualizar controladores y complementos, al entrar a configuración se cierra por completo todo el menú. Compre el antivirus esperando que arreglara ese error. Tampoco reconoce el antivirus.

After six years, my old laptop was finally ready to go--I picked this one on recommendation from a friend who had a slightly older model. I'm VERY impressed with this computer so far. The battery life is the best I've had since my college computer, even if I'm on YouTube or drawing, the touch screen is pretty responsive (I've noticed that the top half-centimeter doesn't seem to respond, but that's consistent so I think it's supposed to be that way) and the touch controls are very sensible. The sound is good; I haven't had a chance to try the microphone or video yet. The camera seems fine, though! I love that the computer folds for drawing, too.The only things I don't love are things that have changed between Microsoft 10 and 11, but that's not on the Lenovo. It automatically put OneDrive on (yuck) and some of the functionality of the apps have changed between operating systems. Again, though, nothing major, and that's not on Lenovo. I'm just getting used to them!Overall, I think this was a great purchase. I'm very happy with this Lenovo so far.

This is a Great laptop. I first order another Lenovo, which was defective or something. Because it was so new there were no reviews. I returned it with no problem. I thought I didn't need such a high grade laptop. So I decided to get this one, and it's almost half the cost. Im not a gamer on PC, but this also comes with entice gamer pluses, including Xbox promotion time. I periodically watch movies mostly pay bills, read and writing docs. For personal use, I am please with laptop. It is fast, smooth has sufficient memory. Graphics are great, touch screen works great, and so does touch point, even has backlit. It comes with with windows 11 home, Great for me. I transfer all my docs and pdf, photos, music, and some apps. with Lenovo migration assist, so easily through my wifi. I did buy from Microsoft site, and pdf app, so I can edit and sign forms that only cost me 49.00 one time fee for up to "I think" it was 5 different devices. I would difinately recommend this laptop. I bought it on the lighting deal last week. Loved the price even more. Thumbs up for this laptop.
