The Lenox dishes are wonderful and beautiful. However, they were just thrown in a brown box that was too big and NO packing materials were included to fill the extra space of the shipping box. These come directly from Lenox to you. One plate was cracked in the box. Lenox does offer a FREE product replacement guarantee for their dishes. I returned the four piece plates and ordered a new set as I could not get anyone on the phone due to long hold times. This was a faster way to do it since I was within the return period. LENOX, add packing materials to your boxes.

Amazon does not pack these in a shipping box and therefore they are not properly protected. I had to return 2 orders because they arrived broken.
