HOW IT WORKS: Applying our puff ink is as straightforward as traditional screen printing. Simply apply the ink to your screen and print as you normally would, resulting in bold, normal-looking prints. Allow the printed surface to dry for a few minutes. Once dry, applying heat activates the ink, causing it to expand and rise, resulting in a raised, three-dimensional effect. It's a seamless process of printing, drying, and applying heat.
PERMANENT EFFECTS: After heat setting, our puff ink's raised prints become permanent fixtures on the fabric, ensuring lasting texture and appearance. Professional heat curing equipment ensures controlled results throughout your large production runs, but even a regular heating iron can be used effectively to activate the ink by simply ironing behind the print area.
VERSATILE: While perfect for printing on a range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, linen, rayon, nylon, and other synthetics, our puff ink can also enhance paper, cardboard, and certain types of wood, opening up a world of creative possibilities beyond apparel.
ADJUSTABLE RAISED EFFECT: The degree to which your print raises depends on the thickness of the ink layer in your design. Additionally, the amount of heat you apply directly affects the raised effect. We recommend conducting a trial run to determine the optimal combination of ink and heat for your desired result, ensuring perfect raised prints every time.
SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION: Our water-based puff ink offers vibrant color, ultra-low odor, great coverage, zero lumps, and consistent workability. Due to our optimal drying time, ink will never dry on your screen and clog your designs while you are still printing, after which it easily cleans up with soap and water. Third-party lab tested to ensure that inks you use are safe and non-toxic.
EXPECTED COLOR AFTER RISING: It's normal for the raised print to appear lighter than the original ink color. We've adjusted the ink color accordingly, so you can expect a hue similar to the one depicted on the label of the jar after heat curing.
READY TO USE: Unlike most manufacturers that require additives to transform normal inks into puff inks, our product is specially formulated and comes ready to use straight out of the jar. With no further addition needed, simply open the jar and start printing as advised.

How To Use our 3d-Puff Screen Printing Ink?

It is as simple as: Print, Heat and Repeat.

Step 1 - Print

This is a ready-to-use screen printing ink. Applying our puff ink is as straightforward as traditional screen printing. Simply apply the ink to your screen and print as you normally would, resulting in bold, normal-looking prints.

I'm currently taking a printmaking class and initially our instructor had us use puff ink additives to mix with our regular ink but last week they had us switch to this puff ink instead, and for me at least it has made a huge difference as working with this felt like working with a normal water-based ink and the prints look so much more refined after heating.

I bought the pack of 6, and it's been great overall, but I ended up needing more of blue color for a larger project, so I bought this single jar to supplement. The ink works perfectly, but I really wish there was a larger size available for individual colors. It would definitely make things easier for those of us who use one color more frequently.

My experience from using other raised ink, I could not get a satisfactory result.I gave it a try only because it was ready to use and I never realized the raised print could look this clean and smooth! The 3D effect is so much better than I expected, definitely changed my opinion about puff inks.

It was able to retain even the finest lines in my logo pretty distinctively evenafter puBing, usually puB inks arent able to hold such detailed designs in myexperience. Pretty impressed with the quality of prints.
