Finally a large steamer. Here are pros/cons.PROS:I like it because it is stainless steelIt makes contact with the stove to keep the heat stay led. My older steamer (aluminum) steamer of same size would not.It is nice looking.It is large. Steams all my buns in one shot.CONS:The pot bottom is concave so when its hot, the entire pot wobble viciously. I removed it from heat and dump the water. My husband flip the pot upside down and pound the bottom so its flatten. I re-try again and it heated up without wobbling. Little hack required but, for sure, its a keeper. A good find.

Think twice about this one, SUPER THIN and if you drop it , it becomes out of shape and will not seal around the edges. This thing the knobs were loose and would not become tight as they were stripped out.BUYER BEWARENot of quality

Love it! I am so glad I bought the 15 inch steamer to make asian deserts and this thing is huge! I tried this on my induction stove and it is INDUCTION compatible. Will have to buy the next size up next time.

We loved the MOMO steamer - Worked very well for a large number of MOMO's (Close to 150 in a single batch!)However when we were cleaning it, the underside of the rim on the bottom was very sharp.It ended up cutting my friends finger. The rim was not rolled all the way around to hide sharp edges in the roll.
