About the same cost at the big box store if you dont consider the time and gas to drive there. Its very easy to install. There are markings on the inside that specify ground and hot and nuetral. The ground screw is green for even more assurance of that right contact is use. In my case since I was wireing 220v 1 phase I only needed to make sure ground was on the proper terminal and the 2 phases of 220V could be interchangeable. The stripped wires were easy to insert and were clamped securely by the individual contact screws. The strain cover and then strain relief were pushed over the open connector and screwed into place. The strain relief does an excellent job of preventing any chance of a wire being pulled loose. I made the mistake of initially buying a 30 amp version of this connector and discovered that the contacts are larger then for the 20amp and it wont fit in the 20 amp socket.
