I've tested the all the lights and inspected the parts closely. Fit and finish is excellent. This is intended to raise the license plate a little, and mainly gets rid of the "overly busy, thrown together look" of the original turn signal, license plate light assembly. There's a couple of small parts, resistors, that I think should be included with this kit. The listing explains that, so no surprise or lower rating (see link below for those needed parts). I've only tested the lights and inspected everything while awaiting the extra parts needed. I'll update this review with pictures when that's done.******UPDATE and edit: Rating changed to one star. This kit does not fit the Honda CRF250L as stated in the listing. The main metal bracket mounting holes are spaced 50mm apart, measured center to center as shown with the dividers pictured. There are no similarly spaced mounting holes anywhere on the back of the bike that will accept mounting the bracket in this kit.******The caution that this doesn't include all the parts: "If your original turn signals is a bulb, you need to add a relay and resistor by yourself". Note that the statement isn't quite correct as no relay is needed.* Only two inexpensive resistors are needed as these new LED turn signals are replacing old incandescent lamps that draw much more current than the LEDs, it won't be enough current flow through the flasher to allow it to operate properly. By adding a simple 6-ohm power resistor in parallel with each LED, i.e. between the + (red) wire going to each turn signal lamp with the other end of the resistor going to ground - two resistors required. This then allows the turn signal flasher to work properly. Easy, here's a link to resistors that will work nicely (you can also buy just two of them):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CSN7QW3X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1*When they say "add a relay" I'm assuming they are referring a second method of installing these: Instead of adding a couple of resistors, one might choose to replace the turn signal flasher with one that is made to operate with the low current draw of the LEDs. That'll work fine, though I think it easier to just add the resistors.
