First I want to start this review by stating this is a slightly negative review of the product and not of the seller in any way.I ordered 3 boxes of 25 ceiling tiles for my project. The first box was great and install went well. The next two boxes had tiles that were cut poorly. The edges were not cut at the factory straight which made it impossible to install tiles without uneven and sometimes large gaps. I also had multiple tiles that were either slightly larger or slightly smaller than others which also makes installation a pain. In one of my pictures you can see a straight edge layed over the out of the box tile showing how uneven the factory cut was. I trimmed many of the panels straight using that straight edge and shears which added time and frustration to the job. Now I am left with some 1/16" to 1/8" gaps in places that I have to deal with.Overall I do love the look though.
