With a 1/4" hole size, the very soft material easily stretched to fit a 3/8" string dampening rod. Installed leaving 3/16" not fully pushed on as one wants some compression when the crossbow string hits it after the shot. I left a 1/8" gap between the bowstring and the rubber.These are used on my Barnett Ghost 410 for replacement rubbers on a modified Ten Point String Dampening System.Item received as described and well packaged.Many thanks.

These seem to be fine, for what they are attended. I have several Barnett Crossbows. The Barnett Crossbows already have a rubber foot dampener built in. There was not room to install these

Put these dampeners on the front sight of a PSE Viper crossbow pistol, took out some of the noise and don't block my view or bolt path.Can't beat noise dampening that doesn't cost you fps.

I put these on my Barnett Brotherhood. The stirrup on the Brotherhood has a built in "dampener" but there was still of a lot of buzz after every shot. These took care of that buzz.
