Extreme changes in temperature will cause the material to crack over time. Dry thoroughly. Occasional use of mineral oil on the inside will help maintain its appearance.

This cherry finish bowl is beautiful! It is excellent quality, nice weight to it and would make a beautiful salad or fruit bowl. There are no splits/cracks and is super quality. Only reason I am sending it back is because by the name "wavy bowl" I was under the assumption that the rim was going to be wavy, uneven and not flat. I am blind and obviously can't see the pictures, so maybe my assumption was wrong, but the "wavy" shouldn't be in the description then. It is a very beautiful bowl and of super high quality but I was looking for something that wasn't so perfect and I wanted the rim to be a bit abnormal/uneven. If you are looking for a bowl with no imperfections, this is the bowl for you!

Just the right size, not too big, not too small, wide opening and elegant curves make it beautiful and functional! I use it for salads. A lovely presentation piece, could be used for so many foods, would be a great gift!

I like this bowl a lot. It looks great. Got it for my girlfriend and she loves it. I can tell from very small and minor details that its not exactly TOP quality. But it didnt cost $120 so I wasnt expecting that. It is very good for the price, thats for sure. If I paid $60 for this bowl, Id be very happy with the quality. And I paid literally half that, so its a good value for sure.

I love this salad bowl!I was looking everywhere for the perfect salad bowl, and I was actually going to drop some $$$ on it. I went to Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, and Sur La Table looking for a bowl I loved, but was disappointed each time.Finally I decided that I would just buy a cheap bowl on amazon and buy a fancier one down the road.Well, to my surprise, this was actually the perfect bowl. It’s durable, there are no cracks or anything to worry about seeping or leaks, the size is great - holds about 7/8 servings in a normal sized bowl. It’s cute, the color is great, and there are matching salad hands you can buy separately that go perfectly.I rarely write reviews unless something is incredible or absolutely horrible, but I am honestly so impressed. And also so happy that I didn’t spend $80 on a meh pottery barn bowl and ended up with this instead! It has easily become one of my favorite kitchen items.
