I requested this as a gift. It arrived late (despite the additional shipping cost) and appeared dead. However, I planted and watered as directed, hoping it was just dormant. After two weeks, still no sign of life. Found out returns are not allowed on this. No replacement either! Very disappointed with Southern Living's poor policy though Amazon processed a partial refund and gift card.
