We didn't expect there to be built in Styrofoam in the sides. So it is bulky. It was a nice color and had good pockets, but the bulkiness made it so it wasn't very usable.

haven't tried floating in it to see if it holds me up but I'm certain it will. I love all the pockets with zippers that are easy to operate.
