Keo Grip Cleats
The KEO GRIP pedals closely resemble the KEO CLEAT model, yet they boast the added feature of a TPU layer on the shoe side which prevents the risk of cleats sliding on carbon soles. Their anti-slip surface on the pedal side offers extra safety and stability when walking. Available in 0°, 4.5° and 9° float options, with corresponding colors. 4 COLOURS FOR 3 FLOAT OPTIONS, Each color corresponds to a different degree of angular freedom or float. KEO Grip cleats are available in black (0° float), grey (4.5° float) and red (9° float).

MEMORY FUNCTION:
With the memory positioner you can change your cleats without losing your exact foot position. Simply unscrew the old cleat, leave the positioner in place and clip the new cleat on.

The Cleat itself is fine, however the screws that are supplied are ridiculously short. I have three different pairs of shoes 1. Litaman A1, Bont and Specialized and the screws didn't fit any of the mounting screws were unable to reach the female receptor once I place the washer on the cleats.I'm sure the Cleat will mount oK, but now I have to go and hunt down screws that will fit the depths of my cycling soles.

If you tend towards the look cleat then this OEM part will obviously suffice.

These cleats are easy to install accurately when replacing your worn out cleats. The anti slip pads make these 1000% better than non anti slip cleats. Cleat replacement results in a more secure and quieter connection to your bike. I wore out my first set in about a year of road biking, roughly 3000 mi.

Switched out my Peloton delta pedals to Keo pedals along with the. Lest plates. Big difference for the better. They are quiet compared to the clunky deltas. They will also fit on the Peloton bike shoes as it uses the same 3-hole system
