We just took the wrapping plastic off. We needed a man with muscle to move it to the conference room because they would only deliver it to the door. We are a group of women and couldn't drag it, we hired a couple of guys to move it 15 feet, and upon removing the plastic, it was dented, as you can see from the pictures. We removed the carton at the bottom, and it was wobbly. Make sure to remove all the plastic upon delivery!!! That was our fault and lesson learned. We had ordered two others from Staples without incidents. However, we wanted to save money, and this is what we got.

Update: seller offered a reasonable discount for the damage to the unit I received. I accepted their offer and kept the filing cabinet. They were very fair in handling my situation.Filing cabinet is OK for the price. It is definitely not a high quality office grade product. My cabinet arrived late and damaged.
