We ordered this mantel in the wood brown color. When it came, the color was much redder than the picture, and looks awful in my room. Had to return.

We were really excited about this shelf to use in our laundry room as a shelf above the washer and dryer. After initial install, the shelf looked like it was leaning forward. It has since fallen off the wall 3 times, even with attempted reinstalling. We ended up getting our money back for it. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

liked color and style however we could not get this item installed..fell off the wall 3 times at least, just would not stabilize. Thank God my little dog was not under it.. I even had carpenter try to install it..of course now it is scratched and broken and hoping for refund

We were super excited about this mantel, not only for the price but the look that was portrayed. Unfortunately, both were a huge disappointment.It looked as if they sandwiched plywood together. All 3 layers they used made sure the grains of wood did not match and it was blatantly obvious to the front of the mantel.The nails not being filled, sanded and the glue/stain not being cleaned up around the nails in the wood were just a sign of lazy craftsmanship.The size was correct, I’m sure it functions as described but I definitely was disappointed in the amount of money we paid for such poor quality work. Returned to sender and still waiting for our refund!
