3 things to point out about these trunks: 1.) They are cut quite large. 2.) They are a very tasteful pattern on the outside for a patriotic themed apparel item which is great. 3.) The liner is as obnoxiously bright and bold as the outside shell pattern is tasteful and adult. Fortunately for me, everyone at our Fourth of July party just laughed when I showed them how bright the liner colors were and said, "well at least the outside that people see is tasteful". Very good quality but why not make the liner as visually appealing as the shell?

The boxer briefs are great and way better than the old mesh style.

Compression part way too tight. Ok for smaller or less muscular thighs. Sizing up would help if you don’t mind oversized trunks.

I needed a swimsuit and usually go with board shorts, however, I decided to try these with the liner rather than the mesh stuff. They fit well and are very comfortable. Because of the liner shorts, they are heavier than a regular suit, but that was not an issue. Highly recommend them.
