  • OEM Clutch Replacement Kits: Our LuK dual mass flywheels suit a huge variety of vehicles! The flywheel is an integral part of your clutch replacement.
  • Replacement Flywheel: Today’s tightly packaged clutch systems leave little room for error. The clearance between the disc damper and the flywheel-to-crankshaft bolt heads is so small that the flywheel must be replaced with every clutch installation.
  • LuK Flywheel: The dual-mass flywheel absorbs engine vibrations before they are transmitted to the driveline where they can rattle gears. It has a primary section that bolts to the crankshaft, and a secondary section, which the clutch is bolted onto.
  • Dual Mass Flywheel: The primary section of the LuK DMF dampens, isolates engine vibrations and prevents engine torque spikes from damaging the transmission. By design, dual-mass flywheels cannot be resurfaced.
  • OEM Flywheel: As an original-equipment supplier, LuK develops the performance specifications for individual vehicle applications. Each OEM part is carefully crafted to suit the exact needs of a car, keeping in mind its year, brand and make!

Every LuK dual mass flywheel is 100% functionally tested to meet OEM performance specifications. These clutch replacement parts can be used for various models of Car, Truck, SUV & Van, Motorcycles & Scooters as well as ATVs & UTVs. LuK engineers have developed solid flywheel replacements for some OE dual-mass applications. Resurfaced flywheels may be machined beyond their usable life - a critical flaw that would not be evident until after the clutch has been installed. Over-machining removes metal needed to absorb heat, impairing the flywheel’s heat sink capacity and shortening clutch service life. Improper machining can also cause interference, no release and slipping problems. LuK products are never resurfaced. The LuK (DMF019) dual-mass flywheel absorbs engine vibrations before they are transmitted to the driveline where they can rattle gears. It has a primary section that bolts to the crankshaft, and a secondary section, onto which the clutch is bolted. The primary section of the LuK DMF dampens, isolates engine vibrations and prevents engine torque spikes from damaging the transmission. By design, dual-mass flywheels cannot be resurfaced. Pairing your new LuK RepSet® with a new LuK DMF is a smart, cost-effective alternative to resurfacing. Easy, one-step ordering ensures that you get the right components for your application and the right fit for hassle-free installation. Don’t take chances with questionable parts. Install a new, original-equipment quality LuK flywheel and maximize the performance and service life of your clutch. Premium grade materials are used for superior-quality friction surfaces, along with excellent heat-absorption capacity. This perfectly balanced OEM flywheel is backed by LuK and the industry’s most trusted warranty. Luk is voted the #1 recommended clutch brand by installers year after year. Please check for the correct build, year and model before buying. "

This does NOT fit a CKRA passat DSG transmission as advertised. VW mechanic told me it is the wrong spline and flywheel and will not fit. Also it does not come with the center bearing as pictured in the ad. The correct part number is Part # DMF126 for a 2012 Passat TDI 2.0 DSG

Sent me a part that is completely wrong. Not even close. Ordered the DMF181 for a 2012 passat tdi with the dsg and the box says dmf181, but it also has a completely different part number that is not VW OR LuK. The box also says LFW134 which is the part number for the dmf out of a 1999 jetta. Not a 2012 passat. Again not even close. And the kicker, didn't come with a pilot bearing as it showed in the picture AND that part that they sent me retails for 90 usd and I paid over 715 dollars cad. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from them again. Called LuK and they did absolutely nothing about it and basically said they have no idea what happened and never fixed it. Amazon customer service was pretty useless too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
