Works OK, but the picture looks like a satin or brushed finish. It is not. This is a highly polished, mirror chrome finish.

Solid product. Easy to install. Very Satisfied. FYI - the finish is shiny/glossy and will stand out/ contrast amidst your other satin or blushed nickel fixtures (thus the 4 stars instead of five).
