The Lumenok is designed to be used over and over to allow archers to follow the path of their bolts. Each Lumenok has easily replaceable batteries for dozens of well lit shots.

Lumenoks are expensive, but worth the investment when shooting expensive Broadheads. 2 of the 3 work great, but one of them had a plastic molding defect. It's too thick to get in the shaft and one of the conductivity pins on the top is covered in plastic. 30$ for 3 is necessary. 30$ for 2 kinda sucks.

Good quality & very bright. These are not too thick and they do not heat up which is good when hunting in dry grasses. i highly recommend these.

They work very well to tight at first to work properly but a little sandpaper on the insert fixes that really easyly so far they have held up fine probally around 100 shots taken

I purchased these because of the replaceable battery and after around 150 shots with these on my arrows I have had the following issues;1 - not a huge fan of how these turn off, need to use Lumenock arrow puller to turn off or rotate Nock.2 - One of the three nocks is intermittently not-working causing me to question the reliability of the others. If I lose a broadhead on the farm I hunt I am more than likely going to be buying a new tractor tire because of it.After using for over a month I can confidently say that I personally prefer the nocturnals. I will deal with the non-replaceable battery issue to avoid the two issues mentioned earlier. If I wasn’t past the return window these would be going back, but since I am these will stay on my practice arrows.

What can you say. Best on market. Helps confirm shot placement. Helps confirm type of shot base on the way the light moves as the deer moves. Helps you track down the deer in the dark. Shot a deer through and through and arrow skipped off of a rock. Found the arrow two days later, in the evening, still glowing about 80 yards away from where it went through the deer...still glowing.

Works better than the other types of nock lights we have tried and the green is very bright and satisfying to shoot. Sometimes hard to install and turn off, but very durable and functions as advertised. We keep needle nose pliers handy to turn off and remove. Instructions say to just squeeze to turn off but I turn them to shut light off, without any problems.

I love lumenoks and I use them for target practice and hunts. I have one for every arrow I own. Note that if you want to submit one of the North American 29 big game animals to Pope and Young, these lumenoks will violate P&Y policy. I am not a trophy hunter and I don't care about record books, so I'd rather be able to follow my shot placement. Also if you film your hunts these lumenoks add a great element to your video...nevermind how much easier it is to retrieve your arrow! The red ones are much brighter and easy to see than the green ones, which tend to dim out in rising sunlight. I only rank this item with 4 stars because occasionally I will get a lumenok with a busted spring. I'd say I get a defective lumenok about 2-3% of the time.
