My home has high water pressure so the cold water bidet I use gets too strong, too fast. This allowed me to have more range of control. I ordered the first one wrong so make sure to measure the hose diameter. The size listed is based on the inner diameter, not the outer. The outer is ~1/4" wider.

It took an extra trip to Home Depot to find the supply line (3/8" Compression to 7/8 Ballcock nut) with a low-profile Ballcock nut. The regular Ballcock nut will stop when it reaches the water on/off handle on this T-adapter. One can try to tight the nut all the way by turning the handle inline with the hose but once tighten the nut will block the handle to turn to On position. I am not sure if whoever designed this T-adapter ever think of this problem. The compression end doesn't have this problem so obviously the designer should know what it takes to repeat the same dimension to the ballcock end. We are talking about common sense here.Once I found the supply line with low profile ballcock nut then the install went smoothly with no leak. I think most of the reviewers here reported the water leakages are due couple factors1. The supply line ballcock end doesn't go all the way in due to the T-adapter On/Off handle blockage2. Missing or having extra washer. The Compression end of the supply line doesn't require washer. Actually, adding a washer might cause the leak since the line no longer "compressed"3. The washer didn't lay flat or crooked when tightenIf one pay attention to these common errors, the installation should be problem free

I ordered 15 inches thinking it will fit on my bidet. It didn’t work so I thought there will be longer than 15 inches that I can order, but the company selling only 15 inches should be selling few different sizes .

Wow, really disappointed in that such a simple device could be so poorly designed. I have previously installed a few luxe bidets with adjustable t valves with good functional results. Latest neo 185 plus bidet has different fitting sizes requiring different adjustable t valve. Ok. But this luxe t valve has a handle that is too close to adjacent threads to allow closing the valve fully. It works to reduce some of the pressure at the bidet, but is otherwise a DESIGN FAIL. I am a big proponent of the 185+, but in the future will buy the old t valve and a new hose to accommodate differing fitting sizes. The valve handle can be flipped 180, but then interferes with it's own 7/8 nut. Pfft.

I added this line vs the part you would attach to the toilet line. This is much easier to use and to reach, as I don't have to get on hands and knees and contort myself around the toilet to shut off the water. I highly recommend!

I bought this as it is proprietary shut off valve for luxe Neo 185 plus bidet slimline. makes me feel comfortable should there ever be a leak from the bidet itself should something fail there. it would also help control flow of water into bidet if too strong, and shut water off to bidet when not in use or if not using for a long time. the bidet comes with a hose which I will keep just in case.
