Very nice quality. M10 x 1.5 and 316 Stainless. Note that the flange version does have a 15mm hex head, but that's true of most M10 nuts. Threads appear to be cut very nicely also. 10 out of 10

Looked everywhere locally for these. Although not expensive some places wanted 20.00 to ship 8 nuts. Which is in itself totally nuts.Amazon delivered quickly and with the exact hardware my Jeep Bumper needed.

The nylon lock nuts were not the highest quality that I have ever used but were the correct size and a decent value for the money.
