Ordered product before and was awesome. Lost my drill and reordered, not the same and crap quality. Won’t make that mistake again

I love this thing! It’s great for quick changes it does everything it describes BUT it often comes lose after been knocked around. If it locked down on the sides of the gun it would help prevent movement and play while removing bits( UPDATE - it is now broken.) good while it lasted but the plastic snapped pinning it into place and shortly after the screw broke off in the threaded portion I will continue to use these until something better comes along.would be nice if seller gave me a free one?

Magnet on both ends and is great and next level for holding spade bits.

I wasn't expecting this to be designed and available. Made the impulse buy and I absolutely love it. It makes changing bits very convenient and readily available. So far it has withstanded my handling for about a month of use. Recommend to everyone that wants to add minimalistic features to your bag. The magnets are strong. Nothing has fallen out!

I looked at this for quite a while. It seems pricey for what it is. But clearly this was extremely well thought out. I’ve had it for months now and it’s made me wish I bought it much earlier. I keep the most common bits I generally deal with on it and the tool is just grab and go. No more fumbling in a pocket or tool belt on a ladder. Just switch bits in the fly with little fuss. If Milwaukee had sense, they’d buy this design and make the person who took the time to create and iterate it a well compensated individual! Well done and honestly if you’re reading this and on the fence, it’s not likely you’ll regret buying it. Fantastic but holder.

Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to the generation of my impact and ordered the bit holder for the wrong generation so I had to send this one back and get the one for the third GEN. I did receive it and it works great and feels just as sturdy as this one. 10/10 recommend.

This bit holder has been through hell and back for almost two years. This week the screw finally said f it and gave out after being dropped several times. Surprisingly the actual bit holder hasn’t cracked! Definitely plan on ordering a new one if I can’t get the screw to lock down again with some thread lock. I always loved how strong the magnet is, I could take apart whatever I’d be working on and leave the screws on it for several minutes and they would not fall!

My job requires me to use hand/power tools daily. This product is a game changer. It’s super handy and very well designed. I liked it so much I’ve bought one for all my drills. The customer service is superb. I dropped one of my Milwaukee M12 drill and broke the DIY Rabbit bit holder. It’s my fault not the product, I did drop it over 12ft up in the air, so nothing to do with the integrity of this product. I also bought the wrong one for my Gen 3 drill and Karl from DIY Rabbit sent me one for the one I broke and a prototype for my Gen 3, which I like even better then the gen 2. They stand behind their product. I highly recommend buying from DIY Rabbit, believe me you won’t regret it.

I have used this bit holder a couple of months now so I figured I would write a review. This bit holder works very well. It holds what I need, it even occasionally steals screws with the magnets.Couple of issues.1) the tiny screw backs out. But this was easily fixed with thread lock.2) The tiny screw and alignment nub have a tough time supporting this. But I placed a strip of VHB between the impact and the holder to help hold it. Seems to work well.3) After about a month I dropped my impact from 3’or so (I missed clipping it to the spreader bar on a 4’ ladder) on carpet and it broke at the screw hole. I repaired it with Super glue and reinstalled. It has been good to go since.Bottom line it works, and I would buy it again. But be aware, it is just printed plastic and have reasonable expectations.** Changed 4 star review to 5 stars for great customer service.I left an honest review, posted above with a couple critiques, and that I broke mine due to user error. But I repaired mine and was trucking along. A bit later I received an unasked for updated replacement in the mail with a note addressing my issues. This is still my favorite bit holder for an M12 I have found and I would still purchase it again for another impact. The new bit holder seems sturdy, and time will tell if this is sturdier. Thanks much.
