I returned the key holder. I went to the mechanic to get my brakes worked on. They came out and handed the key holder to me. They offered to put it back. They said it fell off as soon as they put my car up. I was keeping my key fob in it. It's 500 dollars to replace. Yikes.

Has very strong magnets (2). Case is heavy plastic with foam padding inside. Larger than my last key holder but fits well in space. Haven't driven in bad weather yet so can't address water leakage.

Got this to keep a spare key under my RV and it works great. It's got plenty of room inside for the key, screws shut so it won't accidentally pop open and has extremely strong magnets on it that keep the box secure under any vehicle! Excellent product highly recommend this one! Perfect for what I needed it for.

When I opted for this I was expecting something a bit smaller, as it is nearly 3 x 5 x 2” in size.However I like the fact that it is so sturdy and will protect my keys.I have two other methods that I have employed to hide keys. One was a decorative animal to place in my garden. Unfortunately the gentleman I had doing garden clean-up using a blower, launched this in the air and it shattered on my patio. Durability and staying in place are important.The other option I had was one that looked like a flat rock. Well, that has its moments when you have a place near a lake. Looks like a perfect skipping stone.So something a bit more secure both in holding the key inside, as well as being able to attach it to something has appeal. These magnets are strong. And the padding inside the holder will keep the key from rattling. The latches are also very secure.I know just where I’m going to put it. And no, I’m not going to tell you.
