This little organizer is perfect for having my tea bags at my fingertips. The magnet holds very well and does not slip down the side of my fridge. If you are trying to stuff the organizer full I would do it prior to placing it on whatever magnetized surface you are using to keep it from breaking.

We use this daily. Fits well on our counter and works great. We haven't had a need for the magnetic part.
