The fabric is pretty but not as soft and flexible that is needed for a pot holder.

I love these. They are quality made with beautiful fabric. I mistakenly thought the size was standard, so they're larger than I realized (I have very small hands), but they will make beautiful trivets.

Not your dollar store ones for sure. Really nicely made. Good quality. More than I usually pay for pot holders but they are well made and pretty. I actually want and need to buy 2 more sets. I bought 2 sets from here now.
