We bought these to use over the door in our laundry area and they work just fine. They aren't very long, but we can get about 7 shirts on one using plastic hangers.

Over the door hook comes in handy. This is strong and can hold several items. It simple to just put it on the door and take it off if you want to store it between uses. Good product.

I love this product. I use it to hang clothes that cannot go in the dryer; I just hang it over the louvred laundry closet door and hang damp clothes there to dry. Although these doors are not standard thickness, the hook also fits standard inside doors as well. It's very sturdy material that doesn't stick out, as you can buy it in several colors, but it holds far more hanging shirts, for example, than just the number of notches at its base. When clothes come out of my dryer, I put them on hangers on this hook until I'm ready to put them away. It's a great, helpful product! I have several of them.

It fit on most of our doors but we have an old house so it didn’t fit on a couple bedroom doors. It’s well made and I’m happy with the hooks
