Quite upset that the product arrived obviously used and chipped. The box it arrived in was in great shape so it does not look like it could have been damaged in transit.

I was sent -- not once, but TWICE -- a severely damaged, clearly USED product that was sold as new. Even after detailing this on my initial exchange, someone sent ANOTHER damaged, used product that would have been caught with even the most basic, simple, cursory-level inspection.The first five pictures are from the first damaged snowbrush. You can see that the scraper end has been sheared off completely, and someone literally just took packing tape and sloppily wrapped it around the end during their initial return. There is a long scrape down the side where the primary sticker is, and you can tell that this was dragged along some kind of rough surface. When you examine the bristles, they are clearly worn, frayed, and well-used. The plastic body of the brush has damage as well where it was clearly repeatedly beaten against a hard surface. The bend in the metal handle has two large gouges in it where it was jammed up against another sharp or rough metal surface. Unbelievable.Imagine my surprise when the replacement arrived, only to see that, not only were the bristles clearly worn as in the first brush, but it was so obviously bent up and creased that it looked like it'd been used by the Incredible Hulk as a sex toy.There is no quality control from the origination point. These never should have been restocked for sale. Beyond that, it's obvious that it's pretty easy to break this brush, which is why both of these were returned by previous customers. I can't fathom why anyone thought it would be ok to put these back into circulation.On a scale of mind-blowingly awesome to unacceptable hot garbage, this brush ranks roughly ten dumpster fires full of cat turds.No one should buy this product, and if I could give it negative stars I would do that. Thanks for repeatedly wasting my time. I will steer clear of any products manufactured by Mallory.

I purchased this product and right out of the box it had some imperfections on the brushes. My brushes were altered and some were disconnecting. I feel like I received an older product or somebody used mine and returned it... not satisfied with what I received

I got this in the large 37" size as I wanted something that would be easier for sweeping snow off the roof of my SUV. The brush end works great and the offset brush end easily gets up over the top of the luggage rack on top of the vehicle. The handle is very sturdy and strong and the big brush easily sweeps away the snow.However, this long shaft and the bend for the brush end ultimately make this thing extremely awkward and cumbersome to use the scraper. With the way the brush is bent your body gets in the way too much and it is difficult to put pressure on it while scraping your windshield if your right handed. If that brush end were rotated 90 degrees so the bristles are perpendicular to the face of the scraper, I think they would be perfect.

My wife got a new SUV and we picked up this tool to help clear off snow/frost/ice. We have named it “Icecalibur” and told the kids we pulled it from a stone next to the Vrbas River. The long, ergonomic handle allows us to reach across the vehicle to prepare our vehicle for safe travels. 5 stars, would buy again.

This product did not say anything about being a used or warehouse item. It showed up used and heavily damaged. I’d suggest looking at other models with more reviews.
