We bought it for a road trip with a rental SUV, and then after a couple hours of driving, we felt that either we drove over a skunk or someone hid the weed in the trunk because the smell was so strong, and we would be in trouble if we were pulled over by the cup. So we tried to check everything in the car, and in the end we figured out the smell was from this rainboot....

Unfortunately the boots are too big for me, but they are of good quality, something important is that the rubber exudes a strong smell, I really don't know if the smell disappears over time.

I wanted something inexpensive and waterproof for applying lawn herbicides and fertilizers to keep my good boots chemical free. They need insoles as you can feel the lug sole right through the bottom. But they're inexpensive and get the job done.

Minus the strong odor smell they are great rubber boots that are true to size, durable and comfortable. I did tested the boots in 2' of water and my feet stayed nice and dry. I will be buying again for my nephew since we work around livestock all day

Feels comfortable when tried them on. I usually wear size 9 men, but 8.5 was a perfect fit & still have space & not very tight to feel uncomfortable. Material is soft & not rigid to hurt you feet. Happy with the purchase & especially when on sale

These slightly bigger. Not very comfy for long wear but keeps feet dry. Adding insoles will help with the comfort. They do have a strong plastic smell so let them air out.

I normally wear hip or chest waders when flyfishing but I got these for a recent family trip where space in the car was limited because of everyone's clothes, rods, lunches, etc. They work and didn't hurt my feet even after wearing them two days. They don't look super durable but considering what I paid for them they held up just fine despite the sharp rocks in the river. The fit is accurate as long as you realize that they are sized like regular street shoes. I expect fishing footwear to be a little loose so you can wear thick wool socks. I ordered the shoe size I normally wear and they fit perfectly just like regular shoes. But I had to wear normal socks not wool socks. Of course these are only calf-height so they'll only keep you dry in pretty shallow water. I don't like the camouflage. The grays are too dark and the browns are too red. I think whoever designed these boots hasn't fished much in places like Florida, Montana, or Colorado where I have because the camouflage doesn't match any of those places.

I did not want to take my 120$ muck boots to the jungle so I got these, they were very comfortable and I used them all 5 months in mud and they never leaked and they worked as an emergency boot when i needed them which was very often. I left them down there for the people of the jungle and they were in great shape looked new after 5 months. They do have a plastic smell but if they are in a mud room or somewhere it does not matter then it should not bother you. Still it is a strong rubbery plastic smell. Just like childhood rubber boots.
