Who do I talk to about this. It was just delivered and not in a spool. It is all tangled up in a box. We can’t even get it untangled!!!!!Can’t find the end pieces and it’s in a huge knot!!!

It does NOT come on a spool. It came horribly tangled together thrown into a box. Like a twisted ball of string except plastic with some sharp edges.The product will most likely do what I need it for but was super let down how it arrived.

Pros - Good quality and price for Haloween decor. Cons - They send it to you all jumbled up in a box. I feel like they could have at least zip tied it to be NEAT. I had to spend at least 30-40 mins trying to untangle and unravel the mess. But I still give 5 stars for the affordability and overall quality for decor.

It was delivered and put up on some fence post in about an hour. Less than an hour after that I pulled it down and moved it out of the way to drive through the driveway, got out to drag it back across the road and it was broken in two places.The second run we used to block the driveway, it only broke in one place.Broken in three places in less than two hours… It’s complete garbage. Sending it back and just going to go to the hardware store to get actual chain instead of this worthless junk.

Clearly the quality control isn't great. Lots of bleed over plastic, that creates rough edges. IT DOES NOT COME ON A SPOOL. Just all thrown in a pile in the box.

It’s a plastic chain, all fine, but it did not come all nice on a roll. It came in a box just unspooled and dumped in it. Very inconvenient
