Works for the first few pushes, but very quickly becomes clogged and needs clearing. When the dirt is compact, which is why I bought it, the foot starts to get a little sore from the thin step bar. It becomes a painstaking process for such a small yard.

Qualität ist leider ungenügend, geht direkt kaputt. Zudem antwortet auch der Verkäufer nicht und wirbt mit falschen Versprechen. Finger weg von dem Produkt und Verkäufer.

I was eager to receive this core aerator, my lawn really needed it! It arrived very fast, and was super easy to assemble it. I immediately started using it - in about 5 hours I did a 2500 sq ft section... it worked perfectly! Two major issues raised while working with it, but the first one is not the fault of this tool: rocks and roots under the lawn made the work harder. The other issue was related to the part I supposed to put my foot and push it down - it is very narrow and worked my sole very heavily! I think, if that area could be wider to disperse the forces, would make it more usable. Or I may need some very heavy duty boots. While I did not have issues completing the work, next 3 days were awful! Possibly due to not being used to this kind of work, but I got heavy soreness in my legs and lower back... I can barely move! This is the 3rd day post-"workout" and finally I can extend my back... Overall a pretty good tool, just remember: take it easy!

I worked up quite the sweat using this. Was a great workout and I saved $100+ the aeration company wanted to charge. Would highly recommend you wait to do this after a thorough lawn soaking or a substantial rain storm. This will make the job much easier but still difficult and time consuming.

I recently purchased the Manual Lawn Aerator f, and it has completely transformed my lawn care routine. Here's my detailed review:Design and Build Quality:The aerator is well-designed with a sturdy handle and durable steel tines. It feels robust and comfortable to grip, even during extended use. The tines are sharp and effectively penetrate compacted soil without much effort.Performance:Using this manual aerator has significantly improved the health of my lawn. It effortlessly removes plugs of soil, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach the grassroots. I've noticed reduced water runoff and improved absorption, which has resulted in greener, healthier grass.Ease of Use:Despite being manual, this aerator is surprisingly easy to use. The ergonomic handle minimizes strain on hands and arms, and the weight distribution makes it simple to maneuver across the lawn. It’s a great alternative to heavier, motorized aerators, especially for smaller yards.Versatility:I appreciate the versatility of this aerator. It's effective on various soil types and can be used in tight corners and edges where larger aerators might struggle to reach. It's also handy for spot treatments in areas that need extra attention.Maintenance:Maintenance is straightforward. The steel tines are resistant to rust, and occasional cleaning and lubrication keep it in optimal condition. The handle is well-constructed and shows no signs of wear after several uses.Overall Impressions:I highly recommend the Manual Lawn Aerator; It's a well-built, efficient tool that delivers excellent results. Whether you're maintaining a small backyard or a larger lawn, this aerator is a practical investment that enhances soil health and promotes lush, vibrant grass.

I love this thing! It's perfect for my little lawn. I can go out whenever i'd like and aerate the parts I think need it.It does not come assembled, so you will need a little bit of time to put it together. The directions for putting it together were pretty easy.If you have leaves and such on your lawn, they may get stuck to the bottom, and you'll need to pull them off occasionally.I love it and keep it near my lawn to areate when needed.I recommend this

Shipping package intact, product is dented/damaged not from shipping...At 140 lbs, tines not effective for tall fescue and sandy/loam soil.

Tool sounds good, but it does not have too much actual use. I would not recommend this to my friend.

I am a retired 71 year old on a fixed income. When I spotted this item on Amazon, I noticed that it cost a fraction of what a contractor/landscaper would charge for this job. This item is sturdy as a tank and takes minutes to assemble (it includes tools needed and extra parts). To make the job much easier, give the lawn a good soaking 24 hours in advance. Also, wiggle it around as you are plunging it into the soil. And lastly, if you are plugging through thick root mat, this will clog up the tubes after awhile. Clear tubes are much easier to plunge, so keep an eye out for plugs not coming through and use the tool (included) to simply twist the root jam and push it through.
