We purchased a sofa, loveseat, and chair. They all arrived undamaged, although it is the most uncomfortable furniture we have ever owned. Do not waste your money.

These couch and loveseat are great. They are real leather, and real comfy and really what it seems in the ad. They arrived in great shape having shipped threw xpo and still fully boxed and shrink wrapped. The hardest thing about putting them together was adding the back to the center of the loveseat it was found behind a zip up panel in the back. Love the firmness of the seats and the space saving technology. Definitely 5 stars from us.

I’m impressed at how quickly my order for the couch, loveseat and chair arrived. Loading from the truck to our vehicles was difficult but we managed. Once home and in the house the items were quickly and easily put together. They look great, are comfortable and well built. Once we have them placed where they will go I’ll send pictures.

As noted in other reviews this sofa set is superlative- not only for a very good price but for quality.Customer service is also far above the usual sellers' level.1st delivery company handled the furniture boxes roughly. One had been partially crushed, hole cut into sofa, cardboard torn and taped up.I refused delivery of the damaged sofa and contacted AMAZON. The company called me at night, within 2 hours of my request.The seller -Ocstta- had a replacement shipped the following morning using a different trucking company.6 days later, it was delivered in perfect condition.Sofa quality excellent. Very well made.Customer service superb. In this day and age, we seldom have such perfect service.

Was well-packaged, a few little blemishes. Bit of an Easter egg hunt to find the love seat arm backers and center door - former is under the couch, latter in the zipped part of LS. Leather is thin and slightly swaet-inducing, is real, not PU. Firm foam, esp in middle of sofa and seats aren’t that deep - measure your seat before getting this! I’m 6’4 and shoulders are on the headrest.

We liked our living room set, priced well. Color was not what we were expecting but will work for us. Assembly was easy to put together.
