  • Fits Ford E4OD 1989-96. Replaces Part No. F5TZ-7A247AA.
  • Mounts externally on the top of the transmission case.
  • This sends information to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) that in turns sends control signals to the transmission.
  • If the engine computer gets bad info than it's extremely likely it's going to send bad control info to the transmission.


Manual Lever Position Sensor (MLPS) also known as (TRS) Transmission Range Sensor & (NSS) Neutral Safety Switch (DTR). Fits Ford E4OD 1989-96. Replaces Part No. F5TZ-7A247AA. Mounts externally on the top of the transmission case. This sends information to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) that in turns sends control signals to the transmission. If the engine computer gets bad info than it's extremely likely it's going to send bad control info to the transmission.

Shipped fast. Plug and play. Looks like the original, came with an extra waterproof plug but did not need. Hopefully this cures my transmission problems.
